Structure:

RCC framed structure which is earthquake resistant foundation with R.C.C. Painting:

Comination of ACP /Clay Blocks/ Textured paint of Renova External Walls with a combination of smooth Birla Wall care putty finish in specified areas/ stone work. 2 coats Internal walls of Acrylic Emulsion paint of ISI make or equivalent smooth finish with 1 coat of primer

over 2 coats of Birla Wall care Putty    
Service Areas: Two coats of OBD over one coat of primer.
Common Area –Acrylic emulsion/ Textured paint.
Parking Areas: Washable acrylic emulsion.

Flooring:
