Mr.ASHIL V.P. is the Executive Director & Mrs.K.Ramla is the Director. We have completed three major residential projects in Kochi- Gran'diose in MG Road, Colossal in Palarivattom and Celestiale, a super luxury apartment complex with top-notch facilities in Kadavanthara, the heart of Ernakulam which speak volumes about our expertise in the luxury home market.



Our landmark project is the first Private Bus Terminal in Kerala which is in Ramanattukara, Calicut, which is 50,000 sqft in area, and also the adjacent commercial complex named Regent Plaza.
