Glazed tiles dado up to 2 ft. height above countertop. Provision for refrigerator, washing machine, water filter and exhaust fan. 

SANITARY & PLUMBING: 

  • Concealed plumbing line with standard quality pipes and fittings. 
  • EWC and washbasin of premium quality in toilets inside apartments.

  • Provision for AC points in all bedrooms and TV and telephone points in living room and master bedroom. 

PAINTING

  • Putty finish with emulsion paint for internal walls and weather shield exterior grade emulsion paint for exterior walls. 

BALCONY HANDRAILS: 

  • All balcony handrails and top rails are with GUMS grills. 

ELEVATORS

  • Two lifts. One passenger lift and one bed lift of Johnson or equivalent. 

WATER SUPPLY: 

  • Through sump and overhead tanks. 

FIRE SAFETY: 

  • Fire protection system as per government norms. 

SECURITY SYSTEM:
