  Structure

• Rajahmundry Brick/ Cement brick work with cement mortar 6" thick for external and 4" thick for internal.

• Smooth finish with cement mortar.

• Entrance Door with teak wood frame and shutter Brass   fitting with Godrej lock and polish.

  Internal Doors    :

• Well seasoned wooden frames ( sal/maddi) with water  proof flush shutters painted with enamel paint

  Windows           :

• UPVC windows — Standard brand

  Flooring            :

• Vitrified Tiles larger than 2 x 2 in Hall & Dining, 2 x 2 Tiles in Red and other rooms of premium quality.
• Glazed ceramic tiles in Kitchen and non skid Ceramic tiles in bathrooms.

• Non skid Granite tiles.

• Three phase power supply for each flat and Individual Meter  boards.
