STRUCTURE :- Structure shall be R.C.C. framed as per sanction structural drawing
2. BRICKWORK :- Brick work shall be 200 mm to external wall & 125/75 mm inner walls.
3. FLOOR :- All floor shall be white ceramic floor tiles , staircase will be made of either Kota or
Marble stone and car parking will be made of net cementing.
4. TOILETS :-
a ) Toilet wall shall be finished in ceramic tiles up to 6 ft height.
b) Pan/commode shall white porcelain of Hindware made.

d) All Toilet Fitting shall be made of Chrome plated GRAFITY /D’SONS brand. There will hot

a) Glazed tiles unto the height of 36 inches above the cooking platform.

6. DOOR :-
a) Door frame shall be Karpoor wood.
b) Door shutter shall be made by phenol bonded flush door.
c) Toilet door will be made of PVC door
d) Main door will be decorative phenol bonded flush door.
7. WINDOWS: - All window should be sliding aluminum with appropriate glass panes
8. DOOR & WINDOWS PAINTING & FITTINGS
a) All doors and windows will be synthetic enamel based (preferably) black painting.
b) There will be proper security lock or hatch bolt in main door , no decorative handle will be
fixed.
c) Tower bolt, sliding bolt will be Anodised Aluminum finished.
9. WALL FINISHED
a) All inside walls shall be cement base putty finished. No primer or paint coating will be made
b) External wall - front side shall be weather coat and back side shall be cement base paint
finished.
10. ELECTRICAL
a) All electrical wires shall be copper wire preferably Finolex Housegaurd
b) Switches & other fittings shall be made of Anchor non modular polycarbonate ( piano key
style) type.
c) All MCB and MCB Distribution box shall be HAVELS made.
11. S & P LINES.
a) All soil and waste lines shall be P.V.C.
b) All exposed water lines shall be of good quality P.V.C. pipes.
c) All concealed lines shall be PVC pipes.
