GRILLS:

M.S. Grills for windows will be provided.

PAINTING:

External surface of the building will be painted with ACE. Internal wall & Ceiling surface of the building will be emulsion painted with lappum finishing doors and grills will be painted with enamel paint main door frame & shutter with spray polishing.

SANITARY WARE: 

Each Toilet E.W.C will be provided. All Bathrooms consist of best quality polished chrome & sanitary ware fixtures of Jaguar make. One wash basin each in hall and master toilet will be provided.

DRAINAGE: 
 
Standard PVC pipes & SWG pipes will be used to lay Drainage Line.
