Structure :

• RCC framed structure with Maha Solid/ Sagar cement or equivalent. 

Walls

• All external walls shall be with 6"and internal walls shall be with 4" red brick and cement mortar with Maha Solid Sagar or equivalent cement.

Plastering

• Plastering of internal walls and ceiling shall be of 1:5 mix cement motor with Maha Solid / Sagar cement

Doors

• Main Door: Well-seasoned teakwood frame & Shutter with teakwook polish
• Internal Doors: Well-seasoned country wooden frames with water proof flush door or moulded door of Divya / Eagle factory/ Swastik/Durga Prasad or quivalent

Windows :

• UPVC Windows of Wintech / SM Fabrications I Winsys or with MS safety grills. 

Flooring :

• 2x 2 Vitrified tiles with 4" Skirting in all rooms. (Gera/Johnson or equivalent) 1/I:Ceramic tiles in balconies and Utility floor areas. 

Electricals

• Concealed copper wiring of Finolex/ Anchor / Vijay or equivalent. Power points with modular switches in all rooms & kitchen with MCB of standard make. Power Point for AC in 2 bedrooms and refrigerator and washing machine points.

Bathrooms :

• Cera/Simpolo or equivalent Tiles dado upto 6' Height; Wall hung Wash basin of Cera or equivalent make (white Colour). Floor mounted W.0 of Parrywarei Hindware/Cera or equivalent. Hot &Cold wall-mixer with shower for master bed room . All C.P. fittings of Hindware/Plumber or equivalent make. Provision for water heaters. All internal plumbing of UPVC pipes of 151 Standard 

Kitchen platform:

• Black Granite cooking platform and Supreme Mind& or equivalent steel sink with plain color glazed tiles dada of two feet high above platform 

Kitchen utility

• Water taps of Plumber/Hindware or equivalent make shall be provided in the kitchen utility for washing area and for washing machine. 

Painting 

• Internal walls and external walls and elevation shall be Birla or equivalent putty-finished with emulsion paint Asian / Nerolac/Berger. Windows with 8mm MS safety grills etc., shall be painted with enamel Asian/ Berger paint 

Lift

• Lift of standard make (Deccan / Jet / Best or equivalent ) will be provided. 

Generator :

• Mahindra/Ashoka or equivalent Generator will be provided for all common areas, staircase, lift and Water pumps.
