Structure

• RCC framed structure (fel I5 steel and M200 grade concrete) with walls in bricks or lightweight concrete blocks. External and inner walls of thickness 150 and 115 mm respectively.

Plaster

• Sand faced cement plaster for external walls and smooth finish plaster for internal walls.

Doors

• a) Main door : teakwood frame with solid core flush door laminated on both sides and SS fittings
• b) Inner doors : Cement concert frame with solid core flush doors.
• c) Terrace doors : Double Track Powder coated Aluminum sliding door.

Windows

• Double Track Powder coated Aluminum windows with MS safety gulls. Flooring a) 2×2 Vitrified tiles for rooms. b) Kota / non-skid tiles for staircase and lobbies.

Kitchen 

• Granite top platform with SS sink. Ceramic ties up to 600 mm above the platform. Provision for Aquaguard point and Washing Machine Point. 3 ft height lazed tiles in wash area will be provided.

Toilets

• White Sanitary ware and jaguar bath fittings in all the bathrooms. Tiles up to 7ft height in all toilets. Provision for Exhaust fan. (All Plumbing pipes Finolex, Plasto or equivalent make UPVC for internal work and SWR pipes pipes for external work.)

Electrification

• Concealed copper wiring (Havells/ Anchor or equivalent) with adequate light, fan and socket outlets points will be provided along with Modular switches of Anchor, Legrand or equivalent make. Separate common electric meter for lift, common area, staircase/parking area lights.

Parking

• Cement Tile flooring along with both side plastered Compound wall.
• Adequate lighting Points In Common Area.
• Security room with tube light and fan
• Two underground sump with Submersible pump and bore well if required and two overhead water tanks.

Paints

• Acrylic OBD paint/ emulsion 3 coat with White putty finished, Cement based paint on architectural finish in the exterior.

Lift

• Two elegant Eight passengers lifts with automatic doors (KONE or Equivalent, with power backup, generatorfor one lift only and staircase lights.

Fire Fighting System

• for the Building shall be provided.
