Structure :

• RCC Frame work structure, First quality concrete blocks for walls i.e. solid blocks with 6`` and 4`` thickness.

Doors :

• Main Door Frame- Teak wood, Main door shutter– Company Moulding door. Other Frames are of Neem wood with flush doors.

Windows :

• Aluminum Powder Coated Sliding Shutters with steel Grills.

Flooring :

• Vitrified tiles for D/L, bedrooms, kitchen10mm Granite/Vitrified Tiles, balconies, common areas will be provided with ceramic tiles, staircase with 20 mm granite.

Kitchen :

• Raised cooking platform 20 MM with Hassan Green Granite slab or Black granite slab. Ceramic tiles dadoo upto 4' above platform.

Toilets :

• Ceramic tiles with dadoo upto 7' (Johnson/Bell ceramics), good quality white sanitary ware (Hindware/Parry ware and C.P.Brass fittings (Jaquar or equivalent) fixtures will be provided.

Electrical :

• Concealed electrical wiring (Multi stand installations Copper wire), circuit breakers for safety and suitable points for power and lighting, switches are of Anchor Roma/equivalent.

Water :

• Bore-well water through underground/overhead tank of suitable, capacity will be provided, the BESCOM and BWSSB Deposits bills shall be equally divided by all the owners.

Pump :

• Suitable capacity pumps will be provided from the underground tank to the overhead tank.

Finishes :

• Oil bound distemper for interiors, cement paint for the exterior and common areas.

Lighting :

• Adequate lighting with light fixtures will be provided for car parking and common areas.

Lift :

• 6 passengers Kone or equivalent Make Elevators

Television :

• Television point and telephone point will be provided.

Generator :

• For common areas and flats.
