DOORS
Main door: Teakwood frame & panelled shutters with brass fittings and night latch of reputed make, fine finished with melamine polish.
 Internal doors: Teakwood frames and moulded panelled shutters with brass fittings of reputed make.

WINDOWS
UPVC windows with glass panels and safety grills of M.S.

FLOORING
All rooms-2'x2'vitrified-reputed make Master bedroom Laminated, wooden flooring.

KITCHEN
Granite slab for kitchen platform with dado upto2' height and stainless sink. Ceramic tile cladding will be provided in the wash area.
