24”*24” Kajaria/nitco/Johnson or equivalent polished vitrified tiles flooring with 4” skirting all around.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen platform with 30mm granite top and stainless steel sinks and glazed finished tiles dado up tp 2’0” height above platform.

TOILETS:
Hindware/parryware or equivalent bath fitting in each toilet, Hindware/Parryware or equivalent sanitary fittings, 12”*12” anti skid finished ceramic tiles flooring and ceramic Glazed finished tiles dado with edge profiles up to 7’0.

ELECTRIFICATION:
Concealed copper finolex or Anchor wiring, Seimens/Anchor Roma or Equivalent make Modular Switches for adequate light, fan, geyser, fan, AC points, in all bedrooms and power points.

PLUMBING:
Astral flow guard CPVC, or Equivalent CPVC plumbing system.

PAITING:
Asian or equivalent plastic emulsion over one coat cement base wall putty and one coat acrylic putty for internal walls.
Cement base texture finish with external emulsion for external walls.
Enamel paint and polish for main door.

WATER SUPPLY:
Adequate water supply through bore well.

COMMUNICATION:
Telephone points and T.V points in hall and all bedrooms.
