Chandran & Nalini Chandran, both are engineers graduated from Anna University . Having enhanced their skills in different fields for nearly a decade after their graduation, they set their foot in developing their own projects in Chennai. Under their direct supervision, the company takes pride in completing 20 projects covering a construction area of 10,00,000 sq.ft in the form of independent villas and housing complexes. The company also constructed guest houses, factory buildings, school buildings and software parks




As a part of its expansion process, Elegant constructions also joins hands with other reputed builders who are there in the construction industry for more than three decades and ventured to do bigger projects in the names of Elegant Promoters', 'Allied Elegant Associates', ˜Elegant Estates', etc., thereby complementing each other with their construction strength.
