4 - Door locks : Yale/Godrej or equivalent. The main door shall be provided with night latch. All hardware shall be in brushed stainless steel finish.

UTILITIES & SERVICES

• Water supply: Over Head Tank: 1000 liters Ocean or equivalent make overhead water tank.
• Bore-well /open well water with water treatment plant & distribution through Overhead Tank.
• Water sump: As per Govt. norms.
• Sewage: Septic tank, soak pits & dispersion trenches will be provided as per requirement with suitable connections from each bathrooms and kitchen outlets

SANITARY & PLUMBING

• Rain shower of Kohler/Jaquar or equivalent make in all bedrooms.
• Wash Basin: Porcelain wash basin of Kohler/Jaquar or equivalent make in all bathrooms. All basins shall be provided with 32 mm waste coupling of standard make.
• Faucets: All faucets shall be CP, heavy body metal fittings of Kohler /Jaquar or equivalent make.

• Water Closets : Wall-mounted EWC of Kohler or equivalent make.

ELECTRICAL

• Wiring : All wires shall be of fire retardant wires of V-Guard or equivalent brand concealed in 20mm diameter PVC conduit pipes. The wiring for 16 amp points shall be of 3/20 copper wire of 660/440 volts rating, adequate for equipments.
• Earthing : Individual Earthing provided for each villas as per standards Distribution board with RCBO & MCB shall be provided for each Villa.
• Switches : All switches shall be of Schneider/Honey Well or equivalent make with 6 Amps multi-pin sockets wherever necessary.
• Power Sockets: 20 Amp AC sockets with 32 Amp DP switch for Air conditioners in all bedrooms, Living, Dining & Family Living. 16 Amp Power Points for Refrigerator, Microwave & Common Kitchen Points.
• 16 Amp power point for Geyser in all bathrooms except maid toilet. 16 Amp power point for Washing Machine in service area.
• Co-axial cable TV wiring with socket shall be provided to all bedrooms, living, & family living.
• 2-pair telephone wiring with socket shall be provided to living room.
• Provision for internet connection till last mile will be provided for each villa & cable shall be the scope of internet service provider

PAINT

• External Walls – Asian Paint Apex Ultima or equivalent make weather proof emulsion paint.
• Internal Walls – Premium acrylic emulsion paint of Asian Paint/Berger or equivalent make over Birla White or equivalent wall care putty
