A RERA Compliant Elite Properties, was founded as Karavali Realty in 1995, our journey has been a smooth and steady climb passing many important milestones with the overwhelming response of an ever-growing customer base. From our inception, our major USP has been our recognition as a 0% violation company and that has been a major factor in our ascent, besides helping us brace up to the highest industry standards. The Elite group was formed in 2006 as Elite Properties. From then on, every project has been a landmark achievement for us. 2017 has been another major turning point for us with the formation of Elite Properties and launches of Elite Springs sprawling more than 15 acres.
