RCC FRAMED STRUCTURE

• Reinforced concrete structure with M25 grade of Ultratech RMC Fe 500 steel designed for seismic load.

DOOR FITTINGS

• Main door: 5" Steel hinges - 3 nos; 6" towerbolt - 1 no.; external aldrop - 10"; 8" inside taddi patti-1 no.; 6" outside handle - 1 no.; 5" inside handle-1no.; door eye - 1 no.; safety chain and door stopper.
• Internal doors: 4" hinges-3 nos.; 8" inside taddi patti - 1 no.; 10" outside aldrop - 1no.; 6" towerbolt - 1 no.; 5" handles inside and outside; door stoppers.
• WC and BATH: 2 handle and 2 nos. (4") towerbolt inside and outside

BLOCKWORK

• Ultratech / Big Block AAC blockwork - of 150 mm thickness for external walls and 100 mm thickness for internal walls.

PLASTER

• Internal gypsum (Conmix) plaster with chicken mesh between brickwork and RCC structure.
• External two coats sand face readymix (Ultratech) plaster 18-25mm thick.

DOOR FRAMES

• 5"x3" Teakwood door frame for main entrance. Green marble frames for bedrooms, bathrooms and W.C.

DOOR SHUTTERS

• Laminated Flush Door- Century Plywood or equivalent for main door and internal bedroom doors. FRP waterproof doors for bathrooms and terrace.

PAINTS

• OBD distemper for internal walls. Acrylic emulsion paint for external walls - ASIAN PAINTS.

TILES

• FLOOR TILE: NITCO 600*600 or equivalent with 4" skirting of same make flush with wall.
• Toilet: NITCO glazed tiles- size 8" x 12", for dado up toloft height. 12"x12" antiskid tiles for flooring in bath/toilets and white glazed tiles size 8"x12" in WC. Antiskid tiles for terrace.

KITCHEN PLATFORM

• Black Granite Kitchen platform with stainless steel sink with full moulding - NIRALI or equivalent.
• NITCO tiles - size 8"x12" - dado tiles up towindow bottom.
• Fittings of Jaquar make or equivalent.

TERRACE RAILING

• Painted GI pipe railing (as per elevation)

LIFTS

• State of the art lifts supplied by Escon Elevators

PLUMBING

• UPVC concealed plumbing in bathrooms / WC and kitchen - Prince or equivalent.

SANITARY WARE & FAUCETS

• WC: Commode and Wash Basin of Parryware make or equivalent.
• Bathroom: Hot /cold mixer shower.
• All C P fittings will be of Jaquar make or equivalent.

ALUMINIUM WINDOWS

• Two track and three track anodized aluminium sliding windows with 4mm reflective blue shaded glass with extra track for mosquito mesh.

WINDOW SILLS

• Steel Grey Granite window sills on all sides with chamfer (edge) moulding

ELECTRIFICATION

• Concealed electric work in all rooms with TV points in hall and bedroom.
• AC points in hall and all bedrooms.
• Provision for inverter backup.
• Points for water purifier, refrigerator, exhaust fans & other kitchen appliances in kitchen.
• Separate point for washing machine.
• Points for geyser and exhaust fan in bathroom. All electrical fittings in copper cable wire. Switches and boards of ROMA or equivalent.
