The Emerald Group was formed long ago. It has completed a large number of projects, some of them being landmarks on the realty scene of Vadodara. The organisation is divided into two functions namely the planning-marketing & the operations. The directors/partners lead the marketing team to understand the customer requirements & trends and accordingly plan new projects. The day to day activities are managed by the core team with the delegation of construction activities of each site to the project manager. A construction schedule is worked out & weekly evaluation meeting ensure timely execution of each project. The Group has appointed technical consultant for each projects. The delegation of all construction work to professional bodies, help efficient execution & sound planning. Apart from them, the group retains term of the most prominent Architect of the region to provide a unique planning to each of its projects.
