Nirman Sudha Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (NSIPL) is a group company of Engineering India and Nirmal Sudha, the two famed organizations of their relevant fields, i.e. Real Estate and Contract Construction, respectively.

Engineering India (EI) came into being decade back in 1986-87 as a consequence of unflagging Endeavors made by its Founder Director Mr. Prabodh Simhal, who started as a contractor for Civil and Electrical departments. Initially, our venture got some small- scale contracts for being registered under A-I Category. As time passed by the firm moved forward with a robust perspective. And now, it is turned out to be a major league and registered under ‘A’ Category, the utmost level amongst all categories destined for contract- based construction. Now EI takes In hand numerous major projects right from Private Sector to Government Departments concerned to Civil, Electrical and Road development works, involve huge investments with no limits.

To widen the roots of our business we introduced ourselves into Realty Business. We flagged off a new journey in 2000 and established a Real Estate Firm named Nirman Sudha. The vast experience and outstanding track-record as successful contract-based-work professionals worked as confidence enhancer and thrived our way to become eminent Builder, Developer and Colonizer. In its long period of ten years we have carved various residential and commercial plots projects and have earned immense profit in the form of our customer’s trust and appreciation.
