Effective rate is 2540 per SFT.
Down payment is 65%.
Janapriya has other option, though not attractive, where price is 2995 per SFT and down payment is just 20%.

First option is better and check with Janapriya on the project completion date to get an idea of how many months your 65% downpayment is held up without giving you interest (monetarily as well as rental wise).

Hi, We are from janapriya, the given prices are updated and now it is costing Rs. 2625 per Sft where 2BHK 625 Sft starts at 16.40* Lakh and 3BHK 1125 Sft starts at 30.76* Lakh Please update the prices ASAP
