Projected by a recent study as the India’s city of the decade 2011-2021, Faridabad is an ancient, industrial city located in the northern Indian state of Haryana.   • The city is well connected by roads as well. The Delhi-Mathura Road, which is the NH 2, passes right through the city. The road networks of Haryana and nearby states like Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh help Faridabad connect easily to the neighboring regions
  • Faridabad has three railway stations, Faridabad, Ballabgarh, and New Town Faridabad. Additionally, at a distance of 25 km from Faridabad is New Delhi and Hazrat Nizammudin Railway Station, through which anyone can travel to the major cities down south, like Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai
  • The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will be extending the metro rail service to the city under Phase-III of its expansion drive. Currently, the metro service terminates at the Delhi-Faridabad border, at Badarpur
