when the booking for Satva was started and what was inital rate

Q: I want to buy an apartment at satva, however I have some concerned over prices and floor on which they are offering the apartment (only on 7, 8 and 9) - I am interested in 2 BHK - Thanks.

Yeah, I know about 3BHK but it sums up to around 38Lacks after all expenses, which is out of budget for me specially because they accepts only white monies, nways lets see if I can get some 2BHK in resell in near future else will see somewhere else..Thanks again

Hi nirav.. guess u are really late now.. b'se according to my knowledge there are no investers....the very prominent reason is thier own policy: that we cannot sell the flat unless we get the pocession.. so even if there are investers you will only get to know once they get the pocession...If you reslly have some good budget then u can go for the E wing (1710 sq feet)the basic price is 32.. L .. there are many flats empty in that wing.. I suppose they are very transperent..they would not miss guide you..and they fact that they take only white money through cheques ...the possibility of investers reduces..any ways stay in touch..

hi, Thanks for the reply, I was late in go for booking an apartment due to some financial conditions, now I wish to buy but they have availability only for 9th (top) floor, where I dont wont to go..can someone please guide me If anyway to contact some investors (there must be) from whom I can buy..I dont mind spending a bit more then usual..

I am not aware about the initial prize but we booked 2BHK on the 6th Floor and according to them it was the last appartment on that floor. we were also given choices at the 7th 8 and 9th floor. can y
