Unable to meet completion dates has been the issue with Janapriya. But I feel there are ton of other aspects we need to evaluate before choosing a builder.
I am not thrilled by the quality of the construction and the features of the flat, but I feel they are reasonably rich enough for the budget they are operating under. Since the question is not specific, I am going into details of pros and cons of each aspect.

yes jiten, same with me too. JP is more interested in collecting money rather than doing progress in development work.
Their commitment is totally falure specially in metropolis.
We should be seeking legal help.

Hi, one of my friend booked flat in JP Metropolis, he is now cursing himself for his mistake. JP never bothers about target date. They just like to play with other's sentiment. Their work progress is very slow. Whenever you ask them, you will get a false commitment.
He is just frustrated from JP.
