Quality of construction in RWD Palm

Q: I visited the RWD Palm last sunday and found the place good but I did
notice that the gates were rusted and the paints had worn out for a
place that was supposed to have been occupied only recently. Also, I
read in a few blogs that the construction quality was sub standard. I
want to know from residents there if there any complaints with the
builder and how the overall quality of the construction is before
investing in a house here. I am looking to buy either a duplex house
or a 3 bed roo
