this restriction on accessebility to the flats has been faced by other flat owners also which is surprising as in case of other builders they usually allow inspection with prior intimation.... i hope more owners come forward ..we should arrange a meeting on any sunday at the site...

Perhaps S.Shafi, Mohammad Jahangir and we should collect a few more owners and write our demands in.I would also like to see the interior as soon as possible: but they refuse to allow us entry into our own flats until the time of possession. Do any of you have any views on that? They say it is for safety reasons: I think we could wear crash helmets and go up stairs or the lift if it is ready and get a feel of our own areas.

ur right more owners should come forward.. i am concerned about the water quality as the ground water in that area is highly corrosive... the water teatment plant should be of good quality another option is bulk metered water from KMC but the connection infrastructure should be arranged by the builder....

Yes. I agree. The builders refused to give me a list of other owners. I hope more will join this forum.

I called up the office and they said it will be June 2010, the owners needs to get togther, individually, the builder will always have the upper hand
