Want to Know Status of the project

Q: Hi, we are the members of Era Divine Court, Sec. 76 Faridabad on Commonfloor.

We are facing a lot of problems from the company, these includes scrapping of park areas and construction of new flats on them, less parking space, reducing of floor area, super area shown as build up area and above all Not Approval of Layout Plan.

Should be grateful if you could let us know what is the project status of Redwood and is layout plan approved. Please provide us details.

We are raising our concerns with company in mass and trying for force them to come to a agreeable stand.

What status, four years since we have been repeatedly being promised different things from different management personal, who keep joining and quiting the company. Developement work is patheticaly slow, the central park (issue) shown as green in the allotment brouchre is still (approx 4 acres of land)eluding Era. The worst news is that even after four years since they launched the project they have not shown eagerness and intent to comply by the agreement it signed with the owners of the property at the said project. Era gleefully is under the false impression that whatever they will deliver owners will blindly agree to accept it, and is hence taking things very lightly. Lets unite to fight such a devious developer and teach them a lesson they would remember for times to come. Regards.
