Best price for Aparna

Q: I had booked a flat back in 2005 even before the construction started at Rs2800 per sft +parking, corpus, taxes.
I haven't got an agreement with them although been making regular payments. I would now like to renegotiate the price and complete the transaction, registration etc.
Your suggestions are all very welcome for the correct strategy for me follow.

I think at this time you might as well negotiate final price and request registration process. If you have paid in full, Aparna is completing registration and handing over sale documents
