I was told by Sairam people last week (9/4/2011) that 'A' block flats will be handed over for interiors sometime in Nov 2011.

The progress is very slow, nothing will happen before end of DEC 2011. Just basic structure is on.

Reena - The latest from the builder (as of last week) is that they will handover A block flats starting in May, a more realistic completion date would be closer to the end of the year. Apparently the other blocks are still just concrete structures.

Yaa Rajni,
It's pretty slow, than their promise to deliver,while buying it. & they won't communicate anything to their customers.
We have a flat in A. I stay in HYD . but now away for 2 months in Dubai.
They told model flat would be ready by May end. (this they promised 6 months back it would be ready) now before I left by MAY END. If you are in HYD, kindly check with them

I visited the site last weekend. They told me that, C block can only be ready by March. I think, they are planning to hand over A&B by end of this year, December. But overall, I feel, construction is moving at a very slow pace.
