Q: How is the construction ?I have heard that there is some problem with underground parking due to waterlogging.is that true ?

We are considering to buy a villa in ideal villa. Would you like to point out any other concerns which a buyer should look at?

I own a villa here. Yes there is some problem at the basement but the promoters are working out a solution to this and all the 125 villas will undergo the process of rectification shortly
