Saravanan 5SF, is there any agrrement from Jain Housing on their compensation for their delay in construction.

Hi Dinesh,
Same case with me as well. What best we can do to sort out..
When I went had a big arument, they are going into negotiation discussion on to reduce the delay charges and not discussing anything about compensation.

Hi, Jain housing knows only to fleece customers with delay charges and not to componsate. They are charging me with delay charges which am refuting. Anyone else there for jointly taking up matter with them even to consumer court?
