Q: I am thinking to buy a flat in Parsvnath Preston Sonepat. Is the construction going at right pace?
What is the date of possession?
Should I buy or not?

I am not buying it for investment purpose. My family has all elderly people. So kindly suggest.

I have suffered investing in the project and would advice everyone to stay away from the project. It's been 7 years and not even the foundation work has commenced. The company nothing but a band of thieves. unfortunately, we don't have a strong regulatory body in place which is the reason these thieves are roaming freely. All of them should be put behind bars and made to pay for what their customers have gone through.

Never ever think of buying flat in preston, that will be your biggest blunder of life. The project had been stopped 2 years back and still nothing has been done there, lots of people are in depression who booked flat in preston
