The contract was supposedly to be signed at the time of registry but I abstained due to non clarity and no demand letter fromthe builder side.It also appears that he is not even allowing sale of the allotted apartments. Anyway since teh EMI has started pinching me, I have decided to take the legal way. Anyobe interested or already who has filed , may like to guide. Other wise I would like to proceed on own. Can it be possible to send the demand letter or any communication in the past year as I have not received any communications since Jan2013.. The circle rates have revised and it could be reason for the builder to play tricks to grab this opportunity. Looking forward to hear more from you all and any steps to get the possession .
What do you mean by- Not allowing to sell the allotted apartments? Do you mean the apartment that is allotted but not yet in your possession, because of non payment of final dues or registry. Once the registry is in your name, how can the builder not allow you to sell the apartment. I am not sure I understand you correctly. Just to bring to your notice that I m a new entrant to this problem. A victim who has been dealing hard with Mr Tushar of GTM , residing in Delhi but no success so far. Just wanted to know the status of the project and the request for any demand letter or letter for possession . Also I came to know that for possession , the builder is forcibly getting the Maintenance document signed which is completely atrocious and is in complete favor of the builder. Any expense inthe project complex will be borne by the owner as per the contract. It also appears that the Maintenance outsourced company also belongs to this group. If you guys have taken any legal action or have any details , do post the same. I have also not receied the demand letter . Would be great if someone can scan and post the demand letter received at his end. thanks

I don't see any word posted after 2011; what happened everyone problem got solved? not sure if all of you are real owners at GTM Rorest & Hills? please let me know if anyone is CURRENT real owner and facing possession problem? not only possession, now builder is asking about 14 lacs each for so called 'area increase' and Escalation in Cement, Steel etc prices? In fact, allottees should be the one to hire a Lawyer and seek help from court. please let me know know if anyone is ready to raise their voice against this "DEMAND OF ILLEGAL CHARGES" AND extensive delay etc...
Please let me know whoever is ready to join together to fight for your hard earned money. booking of Flats was somewhere in 2005-2006 and it was promised to deliver in certain timeframe but now when almost double the time has passed and yet builder is asking area increase charges and Escalation charges whereas according to legal experts "Layer" if case is registered against builder then GTM may be forced to compensate the allottees becasue they are the one who suffered due to unnecessary delay caused by builder.
please try to contact each other and see if max people who owns apartments in GTM Forest and Hills can form a group in order to contact the builder. please let more and more flat owners come forward, form a group and let's discuss this serious matter. Winning point for builder is that everyone thinks that he/she is alone but once ther is group of dozen then builder has to listen the 'genuine demand' of flat owners. we must fight against illegal demand of " extra money". let see who takes it.
Any one of you who is staying or watching this comming up? I heard this will be done by feb,11 now? any comments...I heard other apartments in DDN still have gud rates and also Vidhan Sabha comming in this area..any update?
