fraud at lalani residency

Q: husse
in thanawala and dawoodani have stolen rs.2 lakhs from me
they failed in their promises and they do not have any builder developer agrrement for seggregation of flats nor does the other party join in as conforming party to sign the agrrement and thus chances of double sales of the same flat
