Yes, Government during DMK regime, send a letter of willingness, year and half back to acquire Part II but after that there is no news from them. pl let me know the details on it. I have 2 grounds and would like to sell immediately.

I have never heard of Jayanthi Town part 1 &2, how ever SIDCO expansion Phase two is mentioned as JTII, I think. Are there any 2 Jayanthi towns promoted by VGP

If I am right, Jayanthi Town Part 1 has been acquired by the Government long ago. Now Part II also is proposed to be acquired, current status of which is it is stayed by the court on a petition filed by VGP. Is there any better information, friends?
