I visited the site on 29th April 2012 , exterior work is almost in finishing stages , but internally lots of works needs to be carried out . Lobby construction , Grill works for lobby, Kitchen sink , restrooms etc....

When i interacted with one of the Olympia team members , they have communicated that they are in short of labours and it would take Aug 2012 for handover. Lets cross our fingers and wait

HI EVERYONE. LOOKS LIKE EVEN DEC 2012 WILL NOT BE HANDOVER DATE AS PER MY LATEST INTERACTIONS WITH MR.JULIAN FRANCIS. I PROPOSE WE FORM A PRESSURE GROUP OTHERWISE AS PER SOME OF THE OWNER/RESIDENTS IN CITRINE AND CORAL WE WILL ALL BE LEFT IN A LURCH. OLYMPIA MANAGEMENT SEEMS VERY DISORGANISED AND HAVE NO RESPECT TO HONOUR THEIR OWN HANDOVER COMMITMENTS. REGARDS.NATARAJ

hi everyone at amber!! i booked the flat way back in 2009 dec and looks like before we get the apartment on amber block first floor it would be dec 2012. i have been told by mr.julian francis who is the a.g.m that amber would most likely be handed over for carpentry and other works to owners by june/july 2012. on an average most of the projects in and around OMR are having a hand over time of minimum of three years. only one hopes that the quality of work is standard. i trust most of you would have done the registration process last sept/oct 2011. please let us share our concerns and suggestions over this forum. best regards. Hi Amber member,
Did anyone of you got the answer for delivery date of AMBER from builders?.. It is suppose to be on Mar'11 but on December, they told it will be on February 2012 end. But still there is no much development.
