Regarding common Floor Area

Q: Dear Arun,

It was earlier discussed regarding a big storey shoe rack. I have a question regarding a furniture outside home.... On forth floor Flat number 401 I found a shoe rack with forth storey furniture shelf, and a ceiling technique and with over bridge wall mounting..... I mean I think I saw something unusual with common area space.... I find it illegal but I don't know.... by inspiring with these design I would also like to make few of racks outside.... Well it was humourously said but I think, how can they make these type of shoe racks and that too in common area I mean a space where govt. as per law, had not given any permission to make anything,
