When is the possesion

Q: The Bengal Greenfield website claims the handover was supposed to begin Dec 2009, any delay greater than 5 months it would be Rs.5 per sq ft, so like does anyone know when we get the possesion and do we get compensated

i had a talk with the managment and they have assured by Mar11. Still lot of work left to be done.

No I have no news on the handover, but when I have heard it is not going to be before March of Next year, and am not sure how we are going to manage the compensation part

The flats were supposed to be handed over last december and allowing a grace period of 6 months, they should have been handed over in June this year. We should be getting compensation. Have written several emails asking for the date of handover and compensation but have received no reply. Have you or anyone else received any response
