Q: We visited the Aparna cyber commune site yesterday and was told that the prices will rise after 2nd Dec, currently they quoted 2525/sqft. Also the phase 2 1515 sqtft flats r almost gone but at the site i could hardly see it in a state where they can be delivered by jun2010 which the aparna ppl r claiming. Can somebody put some more light on this project.

will they be able to deliver... I cant comment on that but i can tell you that the Phase 1 for the same project is running in grace period (6 months) so it was supposed to be delivered in september but will be only delivered in february and the club house will be delivered in june. give me builder in india who delivers on time anyway ??
