Hi all,
I too have invested in a plot in garden B and till date have visited the site many times (most recently visited last week ) -I was really surprised to see no development take place other than recently near the entrance a lake is being dug out -maybe to get material for land filling . I really am very worried and am thinking about exiting from this project .I have also met the group MD personally once and was given the assurance that my this year end the construction work would be completed or rather show some signs of progress.

I was wondering has anyone personally done searching on the property paper to see whether the land is valid or not, legally obtained from the farmers and NOD from govt agency for residential use.

Hi Rahul/Vivek,

I have purchased few plots in "Indrakanan" and "Rajarhat" and bit concerned about their status. That is whether there is a legal document by government saying that the land will not be taken by the govt. and is ok sale to third party.
