Q: Want to know the most econmical 2 BHK flat in RC Blossoms, Prumbakkam availability & all inclusive price.I want to recommend this for my son. i own at RCMGP Madhavaram.

This is the increased price.The original price was Rs.2900 per sq.feet and when I booked 2 months back it was increased to 3200 per sq feet

Their quality of construction is good. Affordable modern looking fitments & Marbonite (vitrified tiles flooring) are OK. They give you choice of colour for Kitchen/Bath tiles & floor tiles (ofcourse from their select lot), other wise extra charges will be levied. Delivery schedule bearably delayed ( about seven months) in case of Madhavaram project. Tell me whether this price was theoriginal projetc float price or an increased price?

Two BHK 900 sq feet rate is 30,34,000.This is the most ecnomical one inclusive of all.It is available.What abt RC and their quality?As u told u own one at Madhavaram.Do they deliver as promised in time?
