Plan to buy a flat

Q: Hi, i would like to buy a flat here in DLF New City Heights. But, i do not find a website where information about this project is available other than the third party real estate websites. I also do not see this products listed on DLF website neither in the current project nor in the future projects. Is this really a DLF project or someone else is doing on their behalf?

I would also like to know who is the right person to contact about the price and so on.

I booked a flat one year back and now the builder is saying that they may close the project and return the advance paid as they could not resolve the dispute related to a small bit of the land.
