investment in royal hills

Q: hello this is amit. i am an nri basically.i have almost made my mind to invest in srs royall hills 4 2bhk appt. but before doing so i just want to make sure from you people about the reliability of builder. also about the construction status of A1 and A2 towersince i am outside so cant come to know the status. please help me in making the descion since i had already lost some amount of money by investing in a project in gurgaon and fought very strongly to get my money back. i donot want to have hassles this time. please help me and let me knw abt any cons of this project and advise that whether i can go 4 this project. i will highly appreciate ur help in this regard.

Well I'll surely do that when I visit the place again... m not a frequent visitor though. A2 tower is 2bhk tower, the position you can confirm from the Royal Hills map.. the posession will not be before December 2012 in any of the tower.

I have booked my flat in srs royal hills. The project is under construction, i did a visit last week and work is in progress, though the pace is not very much... As far as builder repo is concerned. SRS is a brand name in faridabad.. they already have SRS mall , srs cinema etc. i dont think there should be any problem.
