Hi Raju, is Silpa dream valley a farm plot or residential plot? Is this is a panchayat or HUDA layout...If we but a 500 yd plot what would be allowable consturction area. please clarify. Thanks, vamsi

HI This is Raju , we have 500yd south west (Two sides road,Its cornor plot)plot in silpa Dream vally, Tellapur ..selling price is 6000 per Sq yard , would be 30 lakhs for 500 yards (slight negotioable).
