Last year during the rainy season, we noticed development of “Damp” all over the south-eastern wall adjoining the ceiling. It appeared that rain water from outside of the wall and probably the roof was trickling in, resulting in development of such damp. Apart from general damage to the wall, the damp is causing damage to the interior new paints recently carried out. We made a verbal complaint to Ankur, who takes care of the customer complaints. He visited my apartment and is fully aware of my complaint. He assured me that my complaint will be attended. Unfortunately, this has not been done yet. But the time is running o
