Q: Thank for the note and interest… I live in Atlanta (USA) closing the duplex in ~2 weeks. Since we are planning to do interior as soon as registration, this would be an excellent timing tenant, you would have an opportunity to do per their preference. Our property is in 8th floor (i.e. 16 the level), 2 car parking, International styled modular kitchen (with premium quality hob & chimney), 4 BR (3 on second level and 1 on first level) with terraces for master and kid room.
We truly love this floor plan as well as duplex model and we truly love to live there… Though we have got few interested families as this is simply terrific however we are looking for good family who could take care of the unit well (spent ~2 cr.) and rent is not top motivator for me.
