In Chennai in 1989 it was planned & reclaiming partly adjacent to coovam near PHRoad in the neighbourhood of Padikuppam RAILNAGAR came into existence.
A tall concrete boundary wall was built as a part of this 'Gated retired Community'!
After dumping garbage adjacent to this wall on the other side the land was not removed nor the civil authorities worry about it !
