I am planning to buy a flat in Rustomjee new project La Familia, please advice if I should invest in Rustomjee project or not.. What all things, I should check first before making the decision

I am currently planning to buy a property in Atlier A wing. Please let me know if Rustomjee has received approval.

That question has several answers with rustomji people, we also have booked flat in Atlier A wing in september 2009, till date only plinth level is completed not a single floor is built, they say the reason, they have not got approval for B, C and D wing, and they need to start all 4 buildings' work to gather for making base stong. GOD knows what is the truth, they may not give possession on time also. If you come to know any valid reason for this pl do let me know.neelamno1@yahoo.com

hi neelam.. this is jays and I too had booked flat in atelier and since then waiting for possession.
It's high time now that builder giving false reasons on TMC approval.
I really feel that we as atelier tenant should come together and push for possession.
