Q: Dear Sir, this is to inform you in great grievance that we possess a flat in nalanda town which was recently purchased. The grievance arise at the time when the bathroom wall leaks with the water. In spite of several reminders to the best of our ability nothing kind had been done at your end.
Please try to make the defect good soon as possible has it is hard to live in such a condition where the primary necessities of a mankind suffers.
