Sri Kalki Constructions = DONT BUY

Q: Sri Kalki Supreme is a construction company in Hyderabad. Their project in Madeenaguda called Kalki Heights is the worst project I have ever seen in my life. We booked a flat B-403 with them when the project was in the brick work stage in the month of January 2010. Till date the builder has not completed the project and sites reasons like rain as reasons for the delay. His promised date for delivery for people who booked even before us was May 2010. Mr. Ramamurthy Naidu is a big cheat, does not have ethics and does not deserve to be in the construction business. He makes false promises and does not deliver. He does not even have the finance to bring in laborers or pay the Tiles company. Please DO NOT buy any flats from Sri Kalki Constructions. They are in the business of cheating the buyers. The lady Vijayalaxmi who sits in the Kalki office is rude and does not have any information. The site engineer Sridhar is a big cheat and makes promises like your flat will be ready in 7 Days w

Sri Kalki Supreme Constructions is a cunning builder (Mr Ramamurthy Naidu) who takes money from buyers and then cheats them by providing sub standard products. He is a very cunning, filthy and cheap builder who will initially quote a very low price saying it is an introductory offer and he will complete the construction in a fixed time line. Then he will take you for a ride. He will not complete the work and he will say all useless reasons like people are on available , rains etc.
Once the wait is over there are more shocks for the customer. Initially he gave a sheet saying he will be using the materials listed in the sheet. But when he completed the flat, all the materials used were of sub-standard quality. The tiles are breaking up, the switch boards are of cheap quality. In some apartments, around 100 tiles are broken and the owners are helpless now. He outsourced the work to some cheap sub-standard contractors and if the buyers ask why materials are of low-quality he says we

Each and every word in the above two posts are cent percent correct. The builder is a real cheat. He changes his words every day. He has software professionals as agents in big companies. They eat a good commission and get customers for the builder. One such person was Kiran Kumar Pampanna who is from infosys. The basic amenities in the premises are missing. The builder is hiding on pretext of a minor accident. There is no law in India which can save the flat owners.

I would agree that Blocks A & B are delayed a lot; blocks C & D have made more progress.

The quality of construction/material is poor, no walls in my aparment are straight, electricals (junction/dummy boxes) jutt out of walls, tiling is poor quality, granite is poor quality, common area granite tiles is of low quality.

I 100% agree that site engineer Sridhar is an a$$ ; thinks too highly of himself.

Sri Kali heights not worth the money they are asking for!
