Poor Maintainence and high charges

Q: A lot of people at the building are complaining for high maintainence charges but poor services like unhygienic swimming pool and unkept children play area. Even for parking, the treasurer can park his extra car (for which he does not pay a dime) wherever he wants but others are asked to pay for car parking without even allotting any ocp number. The association has made the building worse than what builder was doing and no one is now answerable for the shitty job here.
