Quality of the construction

Q: I have bought a flat at VGN Platina and now I had a news that the quality of the construction is not as what commited by the VGN builders. Also not too sure if they can handover it by the date committed to the customers.

How far can we trust the VGN developers?

I believe..Land cost is increasing like anything so your investment will be a loss in future.

Hi Prasad,

VGN got some good reputation in construction market so the quality of construction will be at least good (you cannot blame)..Handover may not be as committed at the time of booking the flat, but I believe it would be closer.

BTW: I've booked in VGN platina n0#71
