Can anyone give me the idea of the possession status of 1st phase flats booked in Srijan Midlands Kolkata

As of today per Samrat Pal, GM, Marketing: "As per the communication from WBSEB we are expecting to get the VCB machine at site by 20th Nov and if they charge the transformers and give us the common meter then tentatively we can start the intimation process of possession from 30th of November."

But personally I feel this is just wrapper. In reality it might delay few more months. This 31st December it will cross one year from the committed date of posseion which was 31st December, 2010 as per agreement.
